Welcome to TNA Embrace, where healing meets intention. These policies ensure a respectful and relaxing experience for all our clients.
Rules & Regulations
• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no fee adjustment.
• Health & Safety: If you’re feeling unwell or have contagious symptoms, please reschedule. A completed intake form is required and must be updated if your health status changes.
• Respect & Conduct: Any inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, no refund, and a permanent ban.
• Minors: Clients under 18 require written parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Hygiene: Please arrive clean and freshly showered. Respect for the therapy space is essential.
• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods. Returned payments incur a $35 fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• 24-Hour Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations = 50% charge. No-shows = full charge.
• Rescheduling: You can reschedule once with at least 12 hours’ notice. Repeat rescheduling may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Emergencies: Life happens. Emergency cancellations may be excused case-by-case with documentation if needed.
• Prepaid Sessions: Prepaid services are non-refundable but can be rescheduled or transferred with approval. Packages must be used within the designated time.

All client information is confidential and protected under HIPAA compliance. Your privacy and trust are respected at every step.
